Pneumatic mechanical press machine structure
What is a pneumatic mechanical press? Pneumatic press is a high-speed stamping equipment that uses a compressor to generate gas with high punching accuracy and fast speed. Compared with ordinary presses, pneumatic presses adopt advanced photoelectric protection technology and utilize pneumatic clutch brake type punch equipment, achieving mutual coordination between computer counting and programming, greatly improving work efficiency.
The pneumatic mechanical press mainly consists of the body, pneumatic clutch, slider, and micro control system.
1. Body: Cast into one with the workbench, the slider moves up and down in the guide rail on the pneumatic punch body, and the gap between the guide rail and the slider is adjusted by the top screw. After adjustment, the cap is tightened.
2. Clutch: Adopting a composite dry pneumatic clutch, the flywheel is equipped with a built-in bearing and clutch, and the sealing plate is fixed and combined. When the start control button is pressed, the electromagnetic valve presses the air into the clutch, transmitting the power of the flywheel to the crankshaft for operation. Selecting the kinetic energy button on the control panel can achieve continuous operation of the inching stroke.
3. Slider: The connecting rod and ball head adjustment screw convert the circular motion of the crankshaft into reciprocating motion. The ball head screw can adjust the locking force and cooperate with the adjustment of the mold height. The lower end of the slider is provided with a mold handle hole, which can be fastened during decoration. Large molds can use template holes on both sides, and the slider adjustment hole is equipped with a material return device. The top material seats on both sides are adjusted according to the height of the mold to achieve automatic material removal work.
4. Operating mechanism: Controlled by a microcomputer, the panel displays the status mode. When the status bar displays inch movement, the machine can be started synchronously with both hands to achieve a 360 degree arbitrary stop. Movement, synchronous start time is 0, 2-0, 3 seconds. When starting the stroke or continuous operation, use inch kinetic energy to point the display screen clockwise at 12 o’clock, or observe the angle gauge at 12 o’clock, both positive and negative 20 degrees can be started; When working continuously, it is necessary to press and hold the start button with both hands to make the machine run continuously for 5-7 to achieve continuous operation.
Characteristics of mechanical pneumatic presses
1. Testing and adjusting the oil discharge and pressure at the injection points of various parts of the punch transmission system.
2. Check and adjust the testing points for the piston action brake angle, clearance from the brake, and wear of the brake pad of the brake release mechanism.
3. Adjust and correct the clearance measurement and friction surface inspection between the sliding guide rail and the guide path when necessary.
4. Check the manual lubrication grease and pipeline joints for the flywheel bearings of the pneumatic press.
5. Test and inspect the operation status of the balance cylinder and its oil lubrication system oil circuits, joints, etc.
6. Testing and inspection of the sensing impedance of the motor circuit and electrical operation circuit of the press.
7. The accuracy, verticality, parallelism, comprehensive clearance and other tests of the entire machine need to be adjusted and corrected in a timely manner.
8. The cleaning and inspection points of the appearance and accessories, as well as the fastening screws and nuts of the mechanical foot foundation, as well as the locking and horizontal inspection, should be adjusted as needed.
9. Clean, maintain, and inspect the pipeline valves and other components of the lubrication and oil supply system.
10. Clean and maintain the pneumatic components, pipelines, and other components of the precision press air system, as well as conduct action testing and inspection.
